Cancellations

To respect our providers’ time, please cancel or reschedule non-group appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 fee. Group appointments require a 72-hour notice; cancellations within this window incur a $100 charge per credit card on file. If you’re over 10 minutes late, you may need to reschedule, and the $50 fee will apply.

Pricing & Prepayments

Service prices may vary monthly. If you find a price you like, you can prepay to lock in that rate for up to one year. Prepayments can be made by emailing linda@thebeautycellarny.com or calling (718) 925-5090. Cash payments may be required for clients with unresolved payment issues on file.

Membership Wallet Funds

Traditional membership funds cannot be used for Wellness Membership initiation or Semaglutide services. Membership benefits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Returns & Refunds

Unopened skincare products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Gift cards are non-refundable, and services already received cannot be refunded. Prepayments are refundable within ten days of purchase, excluding Model Calls, which are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Consultations

We offer one free consultation per area and service every six months. If you arrive over 10 minutes late, you may need to reschedule, incurring a $50 fee. Additional consultations within six months may be subject to a fee.

Medical Office Visits

In-person visits cost $99, and virtual visits are $49. Providers may determine if an in-person visit is required following a virtual appointment.

Group Appointments

For group bookings of three or more, call (718) 925-5090. A $200 deposit per person is required to reserve, applicable to services scheduled that day.

Referrals

Refer a friend or family member to earn a $50 credit toward your next service. This does not apply to referrals using vouchers or other discounts.

Child Policy

For safety, children are not allowed in treatment areas or left unattended in the waiting area. Children under 18 receiving services must be accompanied by an adult.

Pet Policy

To ensure a safe environment, pets are not permitted, except for ADA-recognized service dogs.
